DAVID G. CLIFFORD, PRESIDENT David G. Clifford is the President of Advantegrity, LLC, a firm that specializes in the areas of executive recruiting, information systems consulting, marketing consulting and career coaching. Mr. Clifford focuses on managing current retained search services and developing new business relations. Prior to founding Advantegrity, Mr. Clifford worked at a major executive search firm in the United States where he held the position of Vice President and Director of Executive Search. While with the firm, he worked with a broad range of multi-billion dollar and Fortune 500 clients, both domestic and international, and was instrumental in completing numerous senior level searches. In addition, Mr. Clifford held positions in corporate management and sales with Baxter Healthcare and Nestle, North America. While with Baxter Healthcare, he managed an $18 million region, the number one territory in the country. During his employment with Nestle, Mr. Clifford developed unique programs with major retailers that directly resulted in exceeding the sales plan by more than 50%. He graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned an MBA from the James J. Nance Graduate School of Business at Cleveland State University. Mr. Clifford is a member of the Advisory Board for the Entrepreneurship Institute and a Vice President and Director for the Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland. He is also involved with the Entrepreneurship Association at John Carroll University and is the head football coach for St. Mark's.
